2. Collection and Storage of Personal Data as well as Type and Purpose of Its Use

a) When visiting the website

When you access my website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of my website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file.

The following information can be recorded:

  • IP address of the requesting device

  • Date and time of access

  • Name and URL of the retrieved file

  • Website from which access is made (referrer URL)

  • Used browser and possibly the operating system of your device

These data are processed solely for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring a smooth connection setup of the website

  • Evaluation of system security and stability

  • Administrative purposes

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO. My legitimate interest follows from the purposes listed above.

b) External services for appointment booking and surveys

I offer the possibility to contact me via external services or to participate in an optional survey. Personal data are not collected directly on my website, but solely via the platforms of the respective providers.

  1. Appointment booking through cal.com

    • Users can schedule an appointment with me via the service cal.com.

    • The input of personal data occurs directly on the platform of cal.com, not on my website.

    • The transmitted data are forwarded to me for appointment management.

    • Privacy policy of cal.com: https://cal.com/privacy

  2. Survey and other user interaction through Notion.so

Notice: The processing of personal data is carried out by the respective providers of cal.com and Notion.so. I have no influence on the data processing of these companies. Users should independently inform themselves about the privacy policies of the providers.

c) When using the contact form

If you contact me via the contact form provided on the website, the following personal data are collected:

  • Name

  • Email Address

  • Message

These data are stored solely for processing your inquiry and are not shared with third parties.

The data processing is carried out according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO (fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures) or according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest in the processing of your inquiry).

The transmitted data are deleted once the inquiry is fully processed and no legal retention obligations exist.

3. Hosting & Content Delivery Network (CDN)

This website is hosted by Framer B.V.. Processing is carried out as part of an order processing agreement.

Additionally, I use a Content Delivery Network (CDN) to improve the website's loading times. This may result in connections to servers outside the EU.

4. Data Transmission

Your personal data will only be transmitted to third parties in the following cases:

  • if you have expressly consented according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO,

  • if the transmission is necessary according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO for asserting, exercising, or defending legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in the non-transmission of your data.

5. Rights of Data Subjects

You have the right:

  • according to Art. 15 DSGVO to request information about your personal data processed by me,

  • according to Art. 16 DSGVO to request the correction of incorrect or incomplete data,

  • according to Art. 17 DSGVO to request the deletion of your personal data stored by me, unless prohibited by legal retention requirements,

  • according to Art. 18 DSGVO to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data,

  • according to Art. 20 DSGVO to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format,

  • according to Art. 21 DSGVO to object to the processing, as long as it is based on legitimate interests according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

6. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the DSGVO, you have the right according to Art. 77 DSGVO to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
