Presentation of the Campaign in Leipzig

The campaign on health literacy was successfully presented today to the user group for sales and product management of health insurance at the Leipzig Health Forums. The focus was on measures to strengthen health literacy as well as cultural aspects in the health insurance sector.
The participants showed particular interest in the planned approach to engage in a 9-step process for Cultural Strategic Foresight, with careful consideration of incorporating Health Literacy into communication with insured individuals.
Many members spontaneously accepted the invitation on-site. Those outside the user group who wish to contribute to the campaign are invited to book a TIMEGIFT+ or start a pen pal relationship with Frank Stratmann directly on this page.
Preparations for the Campaign Begun
February 2025
The foundations for the health literacy campaign were developed in several workshops by the user group for sales and product management of health insurance at the Leipzig Health Forums. Participants recognized the paradigm shift: health insurance companies are evolving from mere cost carriers to active partners in health matters.
This repositioning allows insurers to engage more intensely in promoting the health of their insured individuals and to strengthen preventive approaches. The focus is on developing strategies and communication concepts that sustainably enhance the health literacy of those insured.
