The New Supply Communication represents an innovative approach that revolutionizes the way we communicate and interact in healthcare. It is based on the realization that effective communication is the key to improved healthcare provision.
The Four Basic Principles
1. Sufficient
The principle of sufficiency focuses on the essentials. It is about making communication efficient and resource-conserving without compromising on quality. Superfluous information is avoided to enable clear and targeted communication.
2. Empowering
The empowering component aims to strengthen all participants in the healthcare system. Through understandable information and transparent communication, patients, relatives, and healthcare providers are enabled to make informed decisions.
3. Cooperative
Cooperation is at the heart of New Supply Communication. It promotes the exchange between all actors in healthcare and creates synergies through joint action. This collaboration enables comprehensive and more effective care.
4. Responsible
Responsibility arises as a logical consequence of the previous principles. Fundamentally responsible communication considers the needs of all participants and strives for sustainable, ethically grounded solutions.
These four essences form the foundation for contemporary and future-oriented healthcare communication. They enable care that is both efficient and human-centered while respectfully utilizing the resources of all involved.
